Wanderlust: Ah Poong, Sentul City

Christmas holiday? Oh please don't imagine snow and the cold weather! This is even hotter than the summer out there, lol. I went to Sentul last Christmas, it's not far from Jakarta but sure has a lot of family leisure places to visit. I went to three locations in one day and I will divide it into two posts (+video). I will show you Ah Poong in this post ;)
Ah Poong is basically a 'floating' food court over a stream. It's another branch of Eat&Eat which is pretty popular in Indonesia. I arrived there around 10 a.m., and when you enter the location you'll see this sign of Blue Bridge and Red Bridge.
This is the Blue Bridge which is a 'solid' bridge that connects you from the entrance to the food court.
If you continue to walk straight from the sign, you will pass this and find another bridge; Red Bridge. This Red Bridge is a drawbridge (how to say jembatan gantung in English?) that also connects you to the another side of the food court.
Colorful chairs in the food court. Cute!
You have to use this card to pay everything, just buy it at the cashier and you can refund it later. These are what I ate that day (some on the video):
Cakwe
Mie Aceh
Mango & Strawberry snow ice
There is a pond behind the food court which allows you to ride the boat.
Bring along Doraemon with me that day :)
Because it's still in Christmas mood, I saw some Christmas decorations there. This Santa Claus balloon thingy is so cute!
Beside Blue Bridge and Red Bridge, there's another bridge that connects you to the Eco Park; Yellow Bridge.
Ikkudo Ichi! I would eat here if I knew there's Ikkudo here, hahaha. It's so beautiful, don't you think so? I usually eat the one in the mall T-T
When you enter the Eco Park, you will see these statues and a big robot there. It's a park with a lot of trees and flowers, and some educational things.
Would love to try this if I'm not this big, meh.
This is a parabola, if you speak to this one, it will be heard from the parabola at another side. I didn't try it tho.

Overall, it's a fun place to visit. It's less crowded in the morning, but I think it'll be really full near the lunch/dinner time. I'll recommend you to come at the late afternoon, it'll be cooler and enjoyable. Note that I got tanned because of taking photos for the blog, lol.

How to get there: Go through Tol Jagorawi and take exit at Tol Sentul Selatan 1 (from Jakarta) or simply put "Ah Poong Sentul City" on your google maps, hahaha ///_///

Mummy

Snapback- H&M // Tee- Juizy Woozy // Shorts- Surfer Girl // Sneakers- New Balance // Sunglasses- Gogirl
I'm back with an outfit post! Okay, not totally an outfit post but this is what I wore to Sentul last Christmas holiday. I will make a post about places I visited, but I haven't edited any of the photos and videos (yeah you know, my final project) so I just post my outfit first. Actually there's nothing special in this outfit. I just wore something comfortable because I knew the weather would be so freakin' hot, and just as predicted I even got tanned when I took photos for this blog *sob* It's not a problem because I had so much fun! To be honest, I didn't plan to take outfit photos, but this blue (and yellow and red) wall was too tempting, hahaha.

One Step Closer

Yo dreamers out there! I finally passed my final trial or the so-called sidang akhir. Well, I actually pretty messed it up (I was so nervous!) and thank God I still can made it although with some revision. Let's say this is one step closer to my graduation. Internship is coming next!

Food Monster Escape: SumoBoo!

Strawberry Boo!! Kakigori - 30k
Yo! I'm back with a sweet post :) Indonesian sure knows this signature dessert of Sumoboo, it's really popular since last year. There are some branches (PIK, Central Park, etc.) and I went to the one in Taman Anggrek Mall. I make this post after my third visit, hehe.
This kakigori (shaved ice) was served with strawberry jam and vanilla ice cream, there's also egg pudding below the shaved ice. Beware of brain freeze!
This is the interior of Sumoboo in Taman Anggrek Mall, it's quite small and always crowded.

Nutella Bomb + Chocolate Mountain + Sliced Almond (IDR 40k)
Here is the always-sold-out menu on SumoBoo! I never tried this before because it's always sold out, but last time it's like all the tables ordered this. I'm not a sweet tooth, but I love this so much! Despite the super sweetness of Nutella, the shaved ice and chocolate powder balance the taste.

Bomb Ball + Big Boba + Taro + Green Tea Ice Cream (29k)

Bomb Ball + Big Boba + Mochi + Ice Cream + Red Bean + Pudding + Taro (35k)
These two were not mine, the one with green tea was my mom's and another was my friend Tiffany's (I visited with her several months ago). You can request the ice cream flavor, I will recommend you green tea. I actually not a fan of green tea, but it's less sweet. I once ate this dessert with vanilla ice cream and felt dizzy after that, lol. あまい!

Buta Naked Ramen Level 15 (38k)

My first time trying their snack, it's buta (pork) naked ramen with level 15 spiciness. It's so おいしい! Super recommended for spicy food lover, hehe.

I finally edited the videos I took during my trip to Cimahi to attend BIAF last November. It's just a simple travel video but I hope you enjoy it! :)

Street Wear

Tee- Vision Street Wear // Skirt- Unbranded // Jersey- Erigo // Backpack- Jansport // Snapback- My bro's // Sneakers- New Balance
Yo! Finally the first post of 2015. I just submitted my final project yesterday, I can say it's (group work) still half done except the personal report. Let's just wish for good result! How's your new year? Have you made new resolutions? I have a realistic resolution to do and it's no other than GRADUATE this year, hahaha. Oh, and maybe lose some weight? I just realized I gained 13kg in one year, lol. I'm not a diet type person but most of my clothes don't fit me anymore #savemei'scloset. I still love eating though.
I got my jersey from Erigo when I visited Jakcloth. Bought it because it has katakana on the back and it's just cool. I want to put some kawaii badges on it! Tried to wear headband but my bangs was so annoying, and I think I look better with snapback. Should I cut my bangs short again? This has been my dilemma these days ;p
