こんにちは! I'm writing this in my hometown, Pontianak. I came back here to run some errands from my parents and to have short holiday before looking for a job. It's my 5th day here and I always stayed at home or went somewhere with my relatives. I used to eat like crazy when I visited my hometown but I try to control the food monster inside my body this time :") I bring my laptop and pentab so I won't miss blogging and I can still make some illustrations here. It's just that I don't really have the mood to work here, lol.
To talk about the look here, I just wanted to try taking photos outside of my room. I don't really have space to take outfit photos at home and this one looks good, but it's so hoooot omg. I took these photos with tripod and self timer. This is quite a simple outfit, I just wore basic black tee, high waisted shorts, and white sneakers. The points are the oversized floral denim jacket and bandana which give the whole look a different vibe. What do you think about it? ;)

They sent me my hair-o-scope (yes, I'm Aries) and I'm quite agree with it. My hair is straight and I don't really need effort to make it looks neat. I actually seldom brush my hair because it'll be neat by itself and I even get that natural blow-dry hair look, lol. This is actually one of my reason not to dye my hair, because I'm afraid it'll be damaged. The minus point of my hair is that it's difficult to have temporary curly or wavy hair because it'll be back to normal very fast. How about your Hair-O-Scope? Heyho! I finally can show you about Dusun Bambu after so long (outfit post here). Sorry not sorry I just finished editing the video yesterday. As some of you know, I'm participated Popcon Asia with my friends so most of my time was spent there. We'll talk about it on the next next next post, now let's back to this post.
Dusun Bambu Family Leisure Park is located at Lembang, Bandung, to be exact at Jalan Kertawangi Cisarua, West Java. We went to Dusun Bambu on the day I moved to Bandung and we didn't know the way to go there. Thank GPS for brought us there safely, lol. Just type "Dusun Bambu" and follow the directions.
We need to pay IDR 10k to enter and there was this shuttle service called wara-wiri that brought us to the park up there so we didn't need to walk by foot.
This place is a nice choice to refresh your mind or simply enjoying quality time with family or friends. The weather was changed quite fast when I went there, it's raining then suddenly sunny and will be cloudy the next 5 minutes. I recommend you to bring your jacket and umbrella. There were some places to eat, but we just wanted to eat some snacks so we tried the food stalls there. Before I buy the food, I need to exchange my money into "fake" money and unfortunately we can't refund it. The food were actually quite pricey but taste was not bad.
I just ate chicken satay and kembang tahu. This kembang tahu was different from the one I usually ate in my hometown, Pontianak. This one use ginger as the soup, and it's actually suitable for the weather there.
After all the food we just enjoyed the view there. There are a lot of pretty flowers, I'm not a girly type but I do love (taking photos of) flowers. Enjoy the photos below!
Lutung Kasarung
Lutung Kasarung was places to eat but we didn't plan to have brunch or lunch there so we just walked trough the path.
Found this on the way out and I was like "I need to take photos here, it looks so peaceful." Then my mom and brother also posed here, lol. I took quite many photos but I have to sort them out:
As I've mentioned above, there are a lot of flowers here and I hope you like these flowers photo spam. Anyway, I decided not to ride the shuttle service and walked down by myself, it was a nice choice because I also found a lot of flowers on the way down although I don't know their name.

Holla, dreamers! Time sure flies so fast, it's August already. In this post, I'm wearing new denim jacket from Colorbox. I only had one denim jacket before but I don't really like it so I never wear it. I've been looking for this kind of denim jacket for so long and luckily found it at Sogo, PVJ Bandung. I saw it on display and thought it's a new arrival but turned up it's 50% discount. How could I pass a $15 denim jacket......Anyway, that clutch is a freebie from nonno magazine my mom bought me from Japan. I loveeee it so much because I've always wanted a clutch like this and it's Assassination Classroom! Fyi, Assassination Classroom is manga and it's so popular right now. I recommend this outfit for hanging out with your friends. Just wear something basic yet cute and you're ready to go ;)
Life update:
I have been cutting stickers for 2 days and my right middle finger *ups* is swollen now, hahaha. I'll be at Popcon Asia next week, that's why I'm working like crazy these days. It's my first time join this kind of event, I wish it'll be fun. I can meet fellow artists there and also sell my artwork and merchandise (I'll launch my online store too).
