Black with a Hint of Pink

how-to-wear-black-jacket
I took these photos at Cibubur, near my grandma's residence. That day we're supposed to go to Safari but somehow we ended up going to Cibubur (just imagine how my mood was). Fortunately I found this place to take outfit photos, although I planned to take it at the zoo. We also went to Snowbay that day but I didn't take any photos there.

You might remember this jacket from this post (Hey it's exactly one year ago!! What a coincidence!), I wore it again just to help my too-casual-outfit. The problem is, that day was SUPER HOT. Bad decision, lol. I took it off immediately after we finished taking photos. Despite of that, I still have a thing with outerwear, especially jacket.

I wore a new shoes from League that I bought at PRJ. It's buy-1-get-1-free for IDR 300k so I thought it's a nice deal. My bro got the same model in grey.

Kawaii overload~
Yoo, dreamers! It's been a long time I don't make a haul post. In this post I want to spam you with snacks haul that I got from Japan. No. It's not me who went to Japan (I wish I did tho) but it's my mom and bro (in different trip). In my family, I'm the one who want to go to Japan the most but I'm also the one who haven't got any opportunities to go there *cryinjapanese*. Soon, Mei, soon. Enough of the talk, I hope you enjoy this post! :)

Boyfriend Look

Denim shirt- Mom's // Pants- Uniqlo // Backpack- ID Girls // Beanie- Unbranded // Shoes-Unbranded
こんにちは, dreamers! I'm still trapped in my hometown, Pontianak because of the smoke. Almost all of the flights are delayed and the airport is so packed right now. Fortunately I haven't applied for any job yet so I can stay here for a longer time.

Today post is about my outfit when I met up with Yulia like....finally. We've planned to meet since a long time and she or I always missed the timing. We just had a dinner, chit-chatting, I accompanied she to shop (I was broke), and I forced her to take photos of mine. Okay, I actually took the photos of her too.
We decided to take the photos at the game center and I love the results.
The theme of this outfit was to steal boyfriend's look (when I don't even have a boyfriend). It's basically casual with denim shirt and pants. I wore a green beanie and backpack to make this outfit more fun. To make it not-so-boyish, I decided to wear those floral shoes. It's still match the theme, with a little twist. What do you think about it?

My Dream Workspace at Home

Hi, dreamers!
I'm still in my hometown and have no internet connection at my grandma's house is really killing me. I must go to my aunt's house to write my blog posts or tethering with my phone (and sometimes it's so slow). So, here I am, writing from my cousin's laptop. Today I want to talk about my dream workspace at home. I haven't officially work in a company and I can say I'm a full time blogger and freelance illustrator now. I've been thinking I need a proper workspace to be more productive and work better.
The picture above was my desk when I still lived in Serpong. I always want to put my own illustrations on the wall. I also put some inspirational quotes to motivate me when I work. I'm easily bored, that's why I also have a portable table that I use when I need a new workspace. I usually worked on the floor in my room or I went outside and worked at the shared living room because sometimes I needed a bigger space. It's something like this:
Messy room was messy. Forgive me. This photo is from my old blog post (here).

My workspace now is similar with the condition above, with some japanese magazines and illustration books laying around. I plan to buy a new table and re-decorate my room, let me save some money first. I'm inspired by WeWork to write this post. They have beautiful shared office space for startups, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses located in major cities: US, Europe, and Israel. All of the spaces are so beautiful and there's more coming soon. I wish I lived in one of those cities! This one in London is one of my favorite: Soho London.

I browsed Pinterest for inspirations. I really want to have a workspace by the windows but unfortunately I don't have any windows at my bedroom. Somehow I need to work hard to make it happen, my own tiny apartment maybe? Let's get back to my dream workspace. I basically want something like these:

https://www.pinterest.com/pin/155866837080764340/
These two workspaces look clean, tidy, and cozy. Imagine to blog here in the morning with a cup of tea or coffee with my favorite K-pop songs. It's my favorite things to do in the Sunday morning actually. I would like to put my favorite toys and some japanese magazines on the desk for sure.

Workspace with bookshelf can never be wrong! I will fill it with my magazines, novels, mangas, and inspirational books. Idea for my inspiration board, I will also add some polaroid photos here :

And I finally found this workspace that fit my imagination perfectly:

I always want a workspace like this, with a larger desk and bookshelf near it. It looks organized and clean that I think I can be more productive. I will spend more time here, no doubt.

How about yours?

Food Monster Escape: Three Bears Cafe, Bandung

こんにちは food monsters! During my stay in Bandung, I tried a lot of food and this is one of my favorite place. Three Bears Cafe is located at Paskal Hypersquare, where you can find a lot of restaurants and cafes. Unfortunately I couldn't try another places there, maybe next time.

Back to Three Bears Cafe, it's full of Korean vibe, although it's actually fusion of Korean and Japanese food (with a little twist of western food, I think). It's a three-stories cafe; first floor is quite small, second floor is quite spacious with a pretty sofa near window, and the third floor has outdoor seats, it's also the location that I used to take outfit photos.

Ramen Burger (IDR 36k)

This is a burger made of japanese beef patty,  egg, nori, and greens in ramen bun. It comes with seaweed potato chips and sauce on the side.
The first thing I love when I cut the burger was the egg yolk! It's not perfectly done, yeay. When I ate them together without the sauce, it tasted like not perfectly seasoned. The ramen bun was too bland and felt greasy, I think it would be delicious with more salt and pepper (or another seasoning). Despite that, I still love the patty and egg,of course the chips too. It's also pretty filling for brunch or lunch.

Bear Punch (IDR 28k)
This is not your ordinary fruit punch. It served with freeze fruit punch bars and a bottle of soda. To drink it, simply pour the soda into the glass.
This one was good, it's so refreshing for a hot day. Let it melts a bit and it will taste better. I thought the price was quite pricey at first, but it's actually worth the price :)

Strawberry Cheesecake Bing Soo (IDR 42k)
I shared this with my friend because the portion was pretty big. It's made of ice crush, mochi, boba, milk pudding, strawberry chunks, nata de coco, tea jelly, and of course, cheese cake bites. It came with milk and we just poured it all into the glass bowl.
I love this bing soo so much. It's not too sweet and everything was just matched perfectly. I'm a cheesecake lover and the cheesecake they used was very good. I wish they could add more in there, lol. One minus point: the mochi was not chewy enough, it tasted kinda weird.

Some cakes I found on the first floor display:
Milk & cookie shot
Choco Nutella Tart
Overall, it's a nice place to hang out with your friends or even for a date. The food is good with reasonable price, cute decorations on the each floor, and friendly staff. I really recommend this place to you.
