#japobsOOTD: Short Sleeves Yellow Blazer

Hola! Do you miss my outfit post? Hahaha. This is kinda old outfit tbh, I took it a few months ago. I know I don't really update my blog anymore huhu. I'm trying to grow my Youtube channel too, it's kinda hard because the subscribers and viewers are still low. Well, let's just work harder (and smarter!)

I bought this shirt sleeves yellow blazer from Shopee. I also bought a long sleeves one but hadn't really have a chance to wear it out (blame Corona huh). I actually think it'll be better to wear it with tank top, but instead I wore it with my Nube t-shirt. For the bottom I wore culottes, because I'm getting fatter and another bottoms are too small already :(
I was in the mood for some "girly" vibe so I wore my yellow slingback heels. This shoes was on my wish list until it's finally on sale, but turned out it kinda hurts, such a waste. That's why I only wear it when I don't have to walk too much.

That's it for today's post! Hope you like it :)

#japobsOOTD: Oversized T-shirt + Skirt/ Dress

Hola! In this post I'm gonna show you one of my favorite style to wear these days. I always love oversized t-shirt, and I also actually love this laid-back style but sometimes wear something like can be looked as not-neat-enough. Now, I don't really care because it's my personal taste anyway + I don't really have anywhere to go since corona virus is still out there (grrr).

with Tulle Skirt

I wore this on New Year, at that time I never imagined year 2020 would be like this T.T Apparently I was so lazy to go out because the Malls would be so crowded but I wanted to eat something good so I dragged myself out with this Mickey Mouse oversized tee from Uniqlo, Tulle skirt that I bought at GU in Japan, Miklfed sling bag from Mini magazine, and platform sandals from MKS Shoes (Indonesian local brand). This sandals is their gift for me, they always spoil me with their shoes omg!

with Floral Dress Beneath

I usually wear dress over the t-shirt, but this time I wanted to try something new. Well, actually I didn't want anything to pressure my waist (I gained some weight lol) so I just decided to wear it that way, COMFY COMES FIRST hahaha. This Stussy oversized t-shirt is also my favorite, it's thrifted! Still the same sling bag as before but I wore my favorite Nike M2K Tekno sneakers. It's my most expensive sneakers and it took quite long time for me to decide whether to buy or not.

with Short Skirt... or Skort

Yesss, oversized t-shirt definitely can look cute with some short skirt, or in my case: skort. This is actually not skirt but it does look like one ;p I wore this Elvis t-shirt that's actually my dad's + handmade sling bag that my mom knitted for me. This one is another laid-back outfit~ I think mask is already part of our outfits now, huh?

That's all for today post! I will come back with another outfit and beauty posts, stay tuned pleaseee.

#japobsOOTD: Antisocial // Crop Sweatshirt + Midi Dress Coordinate

Hola! Super happy to finally write an outfit post again :') It brings back memories about how much I loved seeing people's outfit posts, inspired by them, and how I realized I'd always love fashion, hahaha. In this post I'm gonna share some tips for you who are not confident to show your belly but still want to wear crop tops/ sweatshirt like me!
This is the #japobsOOTD that I wore to attend a makeup class with Moonshot Indonesia. I was so glad to try any new makeup now, well gonna talk about that on another post, okay? There was no dress code so we were free to wear anything/ any color.
So, if you're shy or not confident showing your belly, you actually can wear some inner like tank top or t-shirt inside, but you know it's basic. I wanted to put a little bit effort (but actually this is effortless, really), therefore I was wearing my green "Antisocial" sweatshirt with a floral midi dress. I also brought my yellow sling bag to put some contrast to my outfit, and of course sneakers! I've always said this, SNEAKERS! lol.
BONUS: Found this cute pastel gradients door T.T

// Floral Dress - bought in Bangkok //

#japobsOOTD: Mustard and Grid

Hola! Long time no outfit post here~ I'm actually wondering, do people still read blogs nowadays? To be honest I rarely do blogwalking anymore because I'm getting busier, or it's easier to browse Instagram or Pinterest, etc. Somehow I still love blogging, so I will spare some time writing outfit post again! I've forgotten the joy of writing blogs these past months.
This time I'm gonna show you my outfit to attend Choi Siwon's fan meeting. I was not really excited because my bias is Eun Hyuk, lol. But I still went there to at least meet my friends (working from home got me lonely). I usually wear t-shirts but this time I challenged myself to wear another clothes- girly top. Just grabbed any top because I was lazy to iron anything that day. It's my mustard top that my mom bought from Bangkok and black grid culottes that I wear countless times. Wear headband to look cute (aren't I?) and ready to go! It's my 'lancai' look but still presentable, hehe.

Food Monster Escape: Cafe Yucca, Pontianak // Instagrammable Cafe

Cafe Yucca Pontianak Blog Review | www.bigdreamerblog.com
When I visited my hometown last Chinese New Year, I also managed to visit this cute cafe called Cafe Yucca. Back then when I still lived in Pontianak, there was no such fancy/ cute cafe(s) like this (or is it just me that didn't know? haha). I knew it from one of my friend- who is a food blogger, and decided to put it on my bucket list. Cafe Yucca is located at Jl. S. Parman, Pontianak (I'll put the maps at the end of the post).

A lot of things had changed when I visited Pontianak this time. Traveling around was easier thanks to online transportation services and it's very cheap compared to the price in Jakarta. So when I had nothing to do at home, I asked my cousin to accompany me. I actually could go there alone, but who's gonna take my photo then? Hahaha! I paid all the food and drinks, win-win solution huh? ;p

I can say that I love this cafe so much! The interior, the ambiance, the color, the food, the price = exactly my style. It's nice to catch up with your friends, or just to take nice photos for the gram. I obviously took a lot of photos, it's so pretty for OOTD photos!

Disclaimer: I visited this cafe around 2 months ago and to be honest I already forgot the menu's name/ exact price.

I ordered only drinks and french fries. I checked their Instagram and found out the name of drinks I ordered: Mango Wagelaseh, Mamase Mamasa Mamakusa, and Oh Honey! (cmiiw) The Yucca Fries was around IDR 20k, the portion was pretty large and the taste was decent for its price. Drinks were around IDR 25k-30k, it's also affordable for me and they tasted good and unique, totally worth it. Imo it's pretty cheap for a cafe, I think because I compared it to the price of cafes in Jakarta?

Anyway, Cafe Yucca was a cozy place with decent menus and affordable price + it's instagrammable. Oh, it also has rooftop but when I visited it's still under construction. Give it a visit if you live in Pontianak or when you happen to visit Pontianak ;)

#japobsOOTD: RED DRESS

It's kinda late but this is what I wore on Chinese New Year. It's a rare moment for me to wear red, but this year I thought it's not bad to try something different. Got this dress from @monomolly.id, it's the IT dress lately, I can see a lot of people wearing it. It's affordable with nice quality and comfortable fabric. The point is the slit, it can make you look slimmer and taller, me likey! Effortlessly stylish, you can either wear it with sneakers for casual look or heels for more mature look. Add some accessories/ scarf/ outerwear is nice too :))

#japobsOOTD: My Effortless Looks (or just Lazy?)

Hola, Dreamers! I actually have posted these outfits on my instagram: @japobs. Do follow if you haven't 😉 I think I'm kinda weird, I love fashion and love mix and match clothes, but I always wear something so effortless/ lazy. To be honest, it's so hot in Jakarta so I just want to wear comfy clothes like t-shirt with pants all the time. On another note, I usually use public transportation, that's why. So when I'm in the mood for it, I will wear something simple yet stylish either I forced myself to wear it from home or change it later at the office/ event venue (oh, effort). Here are some of them:

Wear this outfit to Holika Holika x Peko-chan launching event 2 days ago. It's a very simple outfit actually, but I gave a little touch of red beret hat to the look. My friend gave me this top/ dress, it's too long for top and too short for a dress, so I decided to wear it with this denim jeans from Someday. I love the look, tbh.

My mom bought me this cute t-shirt from Bangkok, I paired it with my new black pants from This is April. Simple, comfortable, but still look cute. Agree? haha!

One of my blogger friend asked me to go with her to an event (not actually an event but yeah, similar) and the dress code was black. I wanted to sell this top but maybe later, I need it for this event, lol.

Had some contents to post on Instagram, so I wore this to the photoshoot. My bf said this look is weird T.T I really love the mustard stripe top that I got from bobobobo (it's the last stock on display)! Oh, can you spot my Donald Duck socks? Bought it at Myeong-dong and loveeee it 💖

Another cute and comfy t-shirt from Bangkok (this one is purchased from my friend), which really made me decided to visit Bangkok a.s.a.p to go shopping! This was also an outfit that I wore to event, quite long time ago, but it's really effortless and still look good. All you need is a cute t-shirt ;)

Those are some outfits I posted on my instagram, please follow if you like it :)) Most of the days my outfits just not worth to share, hahaha. I really want to try challenge myself to wear proper outfit for at least week but it's so hard. I chose to sleep longer and just go to the office lookin' lancai. Will update if I can do that tho. Wish me luck! :p Last but not least, which one is your favorite look?

#japobsOOTD: White Blouse Blue Jeans

Hola, Dreamers! Just like the title says, it's the outfit that I wore to one of the event I was invited to last week: white blouse and blue jeans. When I arrived at the venue, I saw this colorful wall and decided that I must take outfit photos there. Hence, I dragged my friend to help me take these photos. Well, I actually helped them too ;p
To be honest, I was so effortless that day. I didn't wear any makeup- not even eyeliner, didn't bring my camera, but actually I knew my outfit looked good, hahaha. This white blouse is actually my mom's, I don't have any white blouse/shirt when it's actually a staple item. Anyway, I paired it with cropped jeans and black studded heels/sandals. Last but not least, mini Mickey Mouse sling bag that I bought from eBay. Not the best quality but it's cute....
What do you think about this look? It's maturer than my usual style, but somehow that's how I'm supposed to wear for my age? (no, just kidding!) I still love cute stuff, lol.

#japobsOOTD: Shades of Blue Again

Shades of Blue Again Outfit | www.bigdreamerblog.com
Hi, Dreamers! Long story short, I decided to take a break from blogging (a short break tho) and finally get the mood back. I didn't want to write blog posts half-hearted so it's better not to write at all. I will start again with this new outfit post-- which remind me of Korean fashion a lot. Oh, in case you're wondering why the title is "Shades of Blue Again", it's because I've a post with same title "Shades of Blue" a year ago.

I wore this outfit to office that day because I also had an event to attend at night and decided not to waste the proper outfit, I took some products review photos + outfit photos too, haha. I used Foodie to take these pics, it's my favorite application at this moment. Turns the pics better ;)Shades of Blue Again Outfit | www.bigdreamerblog.com

Shades of Blue Again Beret | www.bigdreamerblog.com
The outfit was pretty simple because I was gonna go the event venue by motorcycle. I wore a blue camisole over a white tee, I got it from Korea for cheap price. Cute, isn't it? I paired it with cropped flare jeans from Someday and Vans Old Skool Platform. To make the look even cuter, I wore my new beret hat in navy color. As expected, a little touch of beret always save the whole look. What's your one little thing that can save your look? I'd love to know ;)
